I had ordered maps early in April 2013 to be delivered to a Canadian address. They did not arrive in the time expected. I followed up with Laura, and had a quick response stating why they had not arrived....a new version was being produced and she had thought that I had requested to wait. A full refund was offered, and to keep the maps that had already been sent. In my experience, this is above and beyond. I have used these maps in the past and always have been more than satisfied with the attention to detail and responsiveness. I am a very satisfied customer and will continue to do so in the future.
