These maps are so well done. I have the maps of Cozumel and just bought the Costa Maya set for my upcoming trip to Tulum.
There are sooo many hotels on the beach and restaurants both in town and on the beach road and they are ALL on the maps. I like to plan ahead for restaurants and many of the ones I looked at on tripadvisor are incorrectly placed by google maps ( ie it is on the beach road and google shows it in town).
I know i don't want to be stumbling around in the dark looking for my hotel after a long day of travel. I can see exactly where it is in relation to the dozens of others!
And i will feel much more confident exploring the area down to Punta Allen..

Hey guys Love your maps, I'm on my 3rd set I think. How about something on line that's updated every 6 months or yearly. Headed to Tulum late Jan. 2012, can't wait!!

I've been using these maps since 2007. Have wore out several Tulum and Riviera Maya maps. Also order extras to give to friends who swear by AI's to show them what they are missing. Keep up the great work!!

Blown away by the Mapchick maps I ordered...both these and Isla Mujeres. Amazing detail, advice and very well thought out. Was a bit skeptical with all the suggestions to get these maps - maps are maps right? Wrong! Cant wait to put them to use. Already feel much more comfortable tackling unknown areas with these maps in pocket! Thanks.

I have been in this area 3 or 4 times over the years and these maps are spot on and will be a great help to me in the future. Even with my familiarity with the Yucatan, I can see that they will be great help, not only when we return next year, but now as we plan our next Yucatan adventure.
